Our Tip of the Week, regarding shopping safety, is courtesy of Help Eliminate Auto Thefts (H.E.A.T.).

“Park in well-lit areas, near sidewalks or walkways. Avoid parking near dumpsters or large vans or trucks. These obstacles decrease your ability to see the space surrounding your vehicle clearly, where thieves or carjackers could be hiding.

Wanted to let everyone know if you have an intrusion alarm system and you change your phone carrier or phone number you should notify your alarm company to ensure your system is working correctly. Many time customers have not notified us and they end up with a malfunctioning unit.
